Frequently asked questions

Can I start with White Belt and move up later?

Yes. CCI is a progressive path. You can start with White Belt and scale to Green or Black Belt when you are ready. There is no upgrade penalty.

How long does implementation take?

White Belt: 72 hours. Green Belt: 2–4 weeks depending on the number of workstations. Black Belt: 4–8 weeks including Cognitive Layer configuration.

Do I need special hardware?

For White Belt, no. For Green Belt you need tablets or smartphones on the floor (BYOD works). For professional operation we offer standardized hardware profiles (Kiosk, PDA, Mobile).

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans are monthly with no cancellation penalty. We believe we earn your trust with results, not with contracts.

Does it work without an ERP or SCADA?

Yes. Patok runs on its own. If you have an ERP, we integrate. If you do not, Patok is your first digital operating layer.
