A universal color code
Every QR Action has a color the operator learns in minutes. Green = create, cyan = complete, amber = pause, red = alert.
The Mieruka standard per station
Every professionalized station has 4 elements. If one is missing, the standard is not complete.
Station Card
Name, ID, and assigned Gemba methodology (Sprint, Flow, Tag, Check, Flex).
Mieruka Poster
QR Actions organized by color according to the methodology. The operator knows what to do just by looking at the colors.
Hardware Mount
Secure tablet or phone mount + peripheral mounting (USB/BLE scanner, printer).
Hardware Kit
Industrial scanner and/or thermal printer depending on the level of professionalization.
